Since when has Casa Merceditas been operating?
Casa Merceditas was established in September 2025, combining a passion for architecture, contemporary design, and art with centuries-old tradition. Previously, it operated under the name Cal Nou 9, where Xavier and Marta did a great job converting a historic property that, among many other uses, had housed a restaurant and a bakery with a traditional oven.

Where is Casa Merceditas located?
From the threshold of Corçà’s old town, Casa Merceditas welcomes visitors with its three-sided stone façades bearing centuries-old inscriptions on door and window lintels. The house opens onto Passatge del Pont, Carrer Major, and Plaça del Firal, the old village threshing floor with centuries-old plane trees. It stands in the heart of the village, being the closest accommodation to Bo.TIC and Castell de Caramany.

Can Casa Merceditas be reserved for groups or businesses?

How is accessibility at the hotel?
Casa Merceditas has one ground floor room accessible without stairs. The remaining rooms are on the first and second floors, accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator.

Where can I park near the hotel?
Parking is normally available at the public parking lot at Plaça del Firal. During high season, if this lot is full, there is a very spacious parking area at the end of Carrer Major on the right.
